Cells were infected with the indicated viruses (V1aM3) at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 0.0001 and incubated at 35 °C. Cell culture supernatants were collected at 1, 2, and 3 days postinfection (DPI). The HA titer (solid line) and viral titer (dashed line) of the collected supernatants were determined by hemagglutination and TCID50 assays, respectively
