SOD and CAT were determined, for LN229 (LN229-GFP) and LN229-GLS(−) cells (a), T98G (scrambled-transfected T98G) and T98G-GLS(−) (b), LN229 (LN229-pcDNA) and LN229-GAB(+) (c) and for T98G (T98G-pcDNA) and T98G-GAB(+) cells (d). The results are expressed as U/mg protein and a ratio was calculated by dividing the values of the experimental sample by those of its control for each biological replicate. Data are expressed as mean ± S.E.M. (N = 3) of the ratios calculated for at least three independent experiments. **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, compared to the respective control group.
