USP9X promotes the deubiquitination of EGLN3. A, B RBE cells stably expressing shNC, shUSP9X #1 and shUSP9X #2 were subjected to analyze by immunoblotting using indicated antibody. C, D RBE cells added with DMSO or WP1130 were subjected to analyze by immunoblotting using indicated antibody. E, F RBE cells stably expressing pCDH and Flag-USP9X were subjected to analyze by immunoblotting using indicated antibody.
