Combination treatment of docetaxel along with CAPE induced apoptosis in PC/DX25 cells as determined by Annexin V staining. PC/DX25 cells were treated with 25 nM docetaxel in combination with or without 10 µM CAPE for 24 or 48 h. Cells were harvested and stained with propidium iodide dye and Annexin V for flow cytometry analysis of apoptosis
