A diagram of anti-inflammation drugs against SARS-CoV-2 infection [138, 144]. When SARS-CoV-2 enters host cells and releases RNA, inflammatory response causes severe damage. Tocilizumab and sgp130 work together against IL-6, while Baricitinib targets JAK signaling pathway.
