Epitope binning of mAbs for binding to the SARS-CoV-2 S protein. A The epitope binning of mAbs was determined by performing bilayer interferometry (BLI). The purified mAbs were immobilized on an AMC sensor and saturated with S protein. Region I represents the mAbs immobilized on sensors, Region II represents the S protein saturated on mAbs, and Region III represents the S protein incubated with each of the indicated antibodies.Each step was incubated for 300 s. B Complete epitope binning of the mAbs was evaluated by the ability of each pair of antibodies to simultaneously bind S protein by BLI. The matrix presents the concluded epitope specificity based on the various competition experiments
