Effects on apoptosis in HeLa and NSC34 cells. Lysates from HeLa (A–E) and NSC34 (F–J) cells transfected with control RNA and with two different DYNLT1 siRNAs (indicated as #1 and #2) were subjected to SDS-PAGE and analyzed by immunoblotting using specific antibodies for Caspase-9, Caspase-3 and PARP-1. Antibodies against GAPDH were used to verify loading while antibodies against DYNLT1 were used to check dynein silencing.
