Briefly, BALB/c mice were inoculated with 5 × 105 CT26 tumor cells subcutaneously. 10 days later, following establishment of tumors, mice were administered 50 µg of Alb-IL2. 1 day later, mice were treated with 5 × 106 Salmonella intravenously.
