T cell-dependence of Salmonella + Alb-IL2 combination therapy. (a) Schematic of experimental design. Briefly, BALB/c mice were inoculated with 5 × 105 CT26 tumor cells subcutaneously. On day 12, 18, and 25 mice were treated with 100 µg of anti-mouse CD4 and CD8 antibodies, each. 50ug of Alb-IL2 was treated on day 13 and 5 × 106 Salmonella SL7207 the following day.
