Summary of SCUBE-regulated growth factor signaling pathways and their involvements in physiological and pathological processes derived mainly from our studies. To date, different SCUBE members have been shown to modulate a diverse set of signal pathways activated by growth factors including BMP, FGF, TGF-β, VEGF, FLT3 ligand, and HH ligands.
