Dependency of the half-wave potential (E 1/2 ) of HLMW b 5 , A59 S, A59V, L51I, G67A, and G67 S mutants on the concentration of poly-L-lysine. Titration was conducted using the gold electrode modified with β-mercaptopropionic acid and the scan rate was maintained at 100 mV/sec. The peak to peak separation of the cyclic volatmmograms throughout the titration was around 67 mV.
