Expression of NKRF in THP-1 cells treated with H. TB. (A) Treatment of H. TB for 2 hours increased the expression of NKRF mRNA in THP-1 cells (n = 5) significantly at the concentration of 5, 10 and 20 μg/ml. (B) Westen blotting (left panel) and confocal image analysis (right panel) (n = 5) of THP-1 cells treated with H. TB at the concentration of 5 μg/ml revealed a time-dependent increase in NKRF expression. (C) The Western blotting (left panel) and confocal image analysis (right panel) (n = 5) for H. TB induced NKRF expression revealed a maximal response at concentration of 5 μg/ml, when THP-1 cells were treated with H. TB (2.5, 5, 10, and 20 μg/ml) for 30 minutes.
