Effect of ASshRNA interference and rADI on cell viability in MCF-7 cells. Cells were seeded in 24-well plates and treated with PBS (control) or with 1 mU/mL of rADI for 4 days. The MTT assay was performed to evaluate cell viability. The cells included untransduced MCF-7 (Untransduced), EGFP-transduced MCF-7 (EGFP), and ASshRNA- transduced MCF-7 (ASshRNA).
