Effect of TLR3 neutralization on poly(I:C)-induced apoptosis in SK-N-AS cells. (A) Effect of TLR3 neutralization on poly(I:C)-induced caspase-3 activation. After incubation with TLR3 antibodies of indicated doses for 1 h, SK-N-AS cells were treated with poly(I:C) (50 μg/ml) for 24 h, and then harvested for immunoblot analysis (top panel). Arrows indicated the molecular weight of active caspase-3 at 17 kDa and 19 kDa, respectively.
