The effect of RRM-designed peptides on cellular expression of p-Akt and total Akt. Western blots for cancer cell lines MM96L and COLO-16 are presented in (A) and HDF cell line in (B) as indicated below the WB. Cell lysates were prepared and immune-blotted using p-Akt (Ser473), p-Akt (Thr308) and total Akt antibodies (around 60 kDa). The WBs show that RRM-MV treatment slightly affected p-Akt expression in the MM96L and COLO-16 cell lines, but did not affect the expression of p-Akt or total Akt in HDF cell line.
