  1. Every next peptide was starting with the same 7 aa from the previous one. The last peptide was 12 aa in length. The interaction between peptides and antibodies in an indirect ELISA is expressed as “++” – strong (OD > 1.0), “+” – weak (1.0 > OD > 0.25) and “-“– none (OD < 0.25).
