The protein expression levels of cleaved-caspase-3, -8, -9, and p21 were detected by western blot and normalized to that of β- actin. Data are presented as mean ± SD. **P < 0.01 and *P < 0.05 versus Con, miR-155 m NC or miR-155i NC. All experiments were repeated at least three times.
