The inhibition of HPSE decreased the acetylation level on histone H4 lysine of mouse BM-MSCs. (A) Quantitative analysis of the acetyl-histone H3 (H3Kac) normalized by total histone H3 (H3) of BM-MSCs showed no difference in the presence or absence of OGT2115. (B) Quantitative analysis of the acetyl-histone H4 (H4Kac) normalized by total histone H4 (H4) of BM-MSCs. We observed significantly decreased acetylation of histone H4 with the presence of OGT2115. Error bars represent standard deviation. (C) Quantitative analysis of DNA topoisomerase activity with or without the treatment of OGT2115 showed similar levels of DNA topoisomerase activity. **Pā€‰<ā€‰0.01 (nā€‰=ā€‰3).
