  1. Tail-flick test and up-down method were used to determine the ED50. Data are presented as mean ± S.E.M. (n ≥ 6). Two-way ANOVA and Bonferroni post-tests were used to analyze the data. *P < 0.05, **p < 0.01, and ***p < 0.001, compared to the data before CPP of its own group.
