Analysis of cell-viability of Imatinib-sensitive and –resistant CML cell lines. Imatinib-sensitive K562 (a), KCL22 (c), and BaF3 Bcr-Abl WT (e) and Imatinib-resistant K562-R (b), KCL22-R (d), and BaF3 Bcr-Abl T315I (f) CML cell lines were treated or not with increasing concentrations of drugs for two days before measurement of cell metabolism through XTT reduction. Results are expressed as percent of remaining viability versus untreated control. Average ± standard deviation of three independent experiments performed in triplicate wells
