  1. Cells were cultured in either 100% CM-Adipo or CM-Control and induced to differentiate into osteoblasts as described in the Methods. Mouse osteogenesis RT2 Profiler™ PCR array with 84 osteoblast genes was performed for each cDNA sample using the SYBR® Green quantitative PCR method. Each target gene was normalized to reference genes and the differentially down-regulated genes by BMSCs in CM-Adipo were represented as fold change in the Table. Values are mean of three independent experiments
