The adhesion capability of NIH-Lu 11 cells was analyzed and compared with NIH3T3 cells. b The cells (3 × 10⁶) were plated on a 3.5 mm cell culture dish and grown for 24 h. When cell monolayer was formed, a wound was created by carving a line using yellow tip. The wound healing process was recorded at an interval of 20 min for 24 h.
