The number of polyps is significantly increased in Apc Min/+ Ticam1 −/− mice. The small and large intestines were collected from 23 to 29-weeks-old mice. The small intestine was divided to three equal parts, proximal small intestine, middle and distal small intestine, and large intestine. Polyps (≧ 2 mm) were counted in the indicated mice.
