Collagen XVII, Oct4 and HK2 were associated with poor prognosis of lung cancer patients. a, The serial sections of immunohistochemical staining showed the patients with late stage had increased expression of Collagen XVII, Oct4 and HK2, and the patients with early stage had decreased expression of Collagen XVII, Oct4 and HK2. HE stain and CK7 immunostaining indicates tumor location. b, The survival curves of patients with lung cancer. The results showed patients with increased expressions of Collagen XVII, Oct4 and HK2 had worse prognosis than the patients with reduced expression of Collagen XVII, Oct4 and HK2. c, The survival curves of overall survival compared each group of patients with lung cancer cells, according to the expression of proteins. d, The patients with all increased expression of these 3 proteins had worst prognosis than the patients with all reduced expression of these 3 proteins.
