SOCE inhibitors reduced interaction between STIM1 and Orai1 in IGROV1 cells. Pretreatment of SOCE inhibitors (2 μΜ SKF-96365, 10 μΜ YM-58483, 0.1 μM 2-APB) on parental (WT) and chemoresistant (CP, SRT) IGROV1 cells for 1 h. Afterwards, cells were treated with 2 μM thapsigargin for 5 min, and then fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Immunofluorescence staining was performed to label STIM1 and Orai1, and the fluorescence images were obtained using confocal microscopy. Scale bars, 10 μm
