  1. Second column shows the primers used for targets amplification. Human karyotypic location of respective microRNAs were obtained from mirbase database (http://www.mirbase.org/). MicroRNAs respective sequences are present in some genes: name and location were determined using CoGemIR database (http://cogemir.tigem.it/), and hybridization with GLS and GLS2 genes were obtained using miRanda database (http://cbio.mskcc.org/microrna_data/miRanda-aug2010.tar.gz), and RNAhybrid (http://bibiserv.techfak.uni-bielefeld.de/rnahybrid/).
