  1. The surface markers of EVs from healthy control (HC) and COVID-19 patients were measured using MACSPlex Exosome Kit (Miltenyi Biotec, #130-108-813) by flow cytometry FACverse. The expression level were presented as mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) and the statistical analysis was calculated using GraphPad Prism (version 9.0) software with an unpaired and nonparametric Student’s t-test with Mann–Whitney test
