Accumulation of Alb-IL2 in the tumor and secondary lymphoid organs. BALB/c mice were inoculated with 5 × 105 CT26 tumor cells subcutaneously. On day 15, mice were injected intravenously through the retroorbital sinus with Alexa-647 labeled Alb-IL2.
