Analysis of spontaneous Cre activity in Tg(BK5-CreERT)S;R26R prostate glands. Histological sections of anterior and lateral prostate lobes (AP & LP) from control R26R/+ and Tg(BK5-CreERT)S;R26R (K5-R26R), which were counterstained by Nuclear Fast Red. The results revealed X-gal positively stained epithelial cells (arrows). Scale bars, 100 μm.
